APARTMENT CARE – 300 EUR per annum

  1. Key holding
  2. Checking the security of all doors and windows
  3. Regular weekly check of apartment including: 
    • Inventory check according to owners list
    • Check of general conditions of apartment
    • Airing rooms
    • Checking for mould, moisture, leaks and other visible defects
    • Checking electrical system and appliances
    • Checking water fitting and flushing
    • Checking for insects and pests
    • Looking over furniture
  4. Emergency property check on request or because of bad weather conditions
  5. Regular communication with the owner in case of any important circumstances related to the property
  6. Dealing with utility bills
  7. Documents holding and book-keeping. Sending of monthly report
  8. Liaising with security and cable TV companies and arranging the monthly charges
  9. Liaising with an insurance company for full insurance of the property and arranging the annual payment
  10. Sending pictures to owner monthly
  11. Arranging minor repairs on behalf of the owner
  12. Arranging payment of annual property tax

CLEANING (upon request):

Cleaning and preparation of the property for meeting guests –cleaning and disinfection of the rooms and bathrooms/shower-rooms, make up of beds (clean sheets and towels provided by the owner), toilet paper – 1 piece per WC, hotel style soap and shampoo

Cleaning after guests departure: airing of the rooms, changing, washing and ironing of the bed linen and the towels, disinfection of the rooms and bathrooms/shower-rooms, remaking of beds.
