‘DURING RENTAL’ supplement – 2 EUR per sq.m living area per annum

1. Preparing a house equipment list to meet the rental standards
2. Assistance in equipping the house according in compliance with the requirements of tour operators and the State Agency for Tourism related to real estate properties put out to lease
3. Cleaning and preparation of the property for meeting guests –cleaning and disinfection of the rooms and bathrooms/shower-rooms, make up of beds (clean sheets and towels provided by the owner), toilet paper – 1 piece per WC, hotel style soap and shampoo – 1 per person

4. Key handover, meeting and greeting of guests and collection of security deposit.

FOR RENTALS ACHIVED BY GEMINA BG WE WILL CHARGE:
10% of the total rental price agreed with the owner for rental periods shorter than 30 day
